Our story
A bakery built for the people who live here
Getim Here started with a simple conviction: the bread in Baker should taste like it was made by someone who actually lives here — not shipped in, not mass-produced, but baked on this block by people who know their neighbors.
We bake from scratch each morning. Our sourdough starter has been feeding ovens for years. Our pastries are laminated by hand. And our grocery shelves are stocked with the things real people actually use — no gimmicks, no overpriced imports, just what works.
If you stop by in the morning, you'll catch us pulling loaves from the deck. If you stop by in the afternoon, you'll find the pastry case nearly empty — which is exactly how we like it.
